Even when the town is quiet in the low season, the good crowds keep coming up the soi as the disco wakes up, bang, and the showtime approaches.

This popularity speaks well for the shows, we will keep pumping up the volume and showing up with some beautiful dames and hot young men.

Recently, Boat Bar has produced some of the most exciting shows ever, with the crowds standing and cheering long after the entertainers have left the stage.

Turk, the fine choreographer with a fine international reputation has really offered some shows with style, punch and emotion. We love Turk, and so do the crowds. Willie, or Chai is just great. Diva from Bangkok was in a class all alone.

We have new singers, dancers, routines that really make the house move, and keep the audience hanging on and demanding more.

It is impossible not to be aware of the conditions in the world today. We acknowledge this with regrets. Tough stuff.

We would just like to sit and play John Lennon's "Imagine" for about two weeks, and wish all the world would do the same thing.
